AMMF
The Cholangiocarcinoma Charity
Project summary:
Project:
The charity has been
consistently growing and is now at the cross roads where it must become a
fully-fledged professional charity, with a larger paid staff and wider
influence. To do this, AMMF need to
better understand KPIs, finance and funding strategy, as well as develop some
action plans to identify a sustainable strategy. Prioritisation of these
factors is important. The volunteer needs to consider all options when revising
strategic planning and succession.
